The work is carried out on behalf of ENI BV Iraq

It includes the design, supply and construction of a filtration plant with a capacity of (350,000) barrels / day, according to the specifications below:

Oil in water < 5ppm
Total suspended solids content ≤ 2 mg /l
Dissolved Oxygen content ≤ 50 ppb
Maximum particle size ≤ 4µm (particle size 90% removal of particles of size greater than 4 micron)
Sulphate (SO4) max concentration 1000 mg /l

 

By the contract, the following will be implemented:

1- outlet pumping station.

2- The filtration station for the public outfall water.

3- Extending GPR pipes to deliver the injection water to the distribution lock station, with water being delivered from the distribution lock station to each of the injection stations below:

a- North gas unloading station (DGS North)

b- Hammar Mushrif field station (Hammar IPF)

c- Zubair field station Mishref  (Zubair IPF)

d- Rafidia field station (Rafidya IPF)

4- Distribution lock station

5-Supplying and installing an automatic shut-off valve (opening / stopping valve) that is remotely controlled electronically.

6- Rehabilitation and paving with asphalt for the road linking the site of the northern gas unloading station and the injection water filtration station for the Zubair field (MOD) and the Fast Track project station, with a total length of (7) km

7-  Implementation of a double (33KV) electric power transmission line from the power station at the site of the northern gas station to the Zubair field water purification plant (MOD) and the implementation of a single (33KV) power line from the (MOD) station to the preemptive project station (MOD FAST TRACK)

The project implementation period is one year, after which the project is operated and maintained for a period of (1030) days, which can be increased for two additional years, and the dues are paid after the completion of the project, according to the amount of water produced per month, with a total amount of (248,745,000) dollars.
